The Women’s Fellowship in Christian Service (WFCS) is a vital ministry of the Church of North India (CNI), given that fifty per cent of the Church's members are women, including those of all ages, whether in Sunday School, Youth groups, or as mothers and mothers-to-be. This last group consists of eligible WFCS members who play a pivotal role in shaping family habits, teaching the little ones, from knee-high and older, to pray, encouraging the older ones and the family in general to attend services, seek the Lord in their daily walk, and develop an attitude of gratitude.
The WFCS ministry encourages women to come together. It provides a platform for sharing, seeking advice, recognising the needs of the less privileged, and working together to improve relationships and raise funds to provide for educational and nutritional needs as needed. A compassionate approach to dealing with individual problems becomes a common thread to link its members together.
As members of the body of Christ, the WFCS encourages its members to take on responsibility in the administration of the Church at both the Pastorate and Diocese levels.
The Youth Fellowship of Christ Church Noida is renowned for its vibrancy and enthusiasm, consistently supporting the church’s activities and ministries. This dynamic group of young members takes an active lead in numerous spiritual and community-building initiatives, offering unwavering assistance across various platforms. Their dedication has been especially evident in the planning and execution of several notable events, most prominently the grand inter-diocesan church meet for young people held under the banner, “Youth Mahasangati”.
Furthermore, the Youth Fellowship plays a pivotal role in the worship life of Christ Church Noida. They regularly conduct Praise and Worship services, fostering an atmosphere of joyous devotion and participation among the congregation. Their leadership comes to the fore on Youth Sunday, where they guide the Service with deep commitment and energy, showcasing their strong faith, unity, and capacity to inspire the larger church community.
